In addition to providing residential appraisal service, we offer comprehensive commercial appraisals.  Also, we provide professional service as a real estate advisor/consultant and as an expert witness in the Circuit Courts as well as Federal Courts. Fees for trial work and commercial appraisals are quoted on a case by case basis depending on the property, type of appraisal and or service provided.
